This release ships three user-facing features: a first-run welcome experience that guides new accounts from an empty dashboard to their first board, an invite-link system so members can bring others in from anywhere in the app, and a /changelog page that publishes release notes on the product's own domain. Internally, the deploy pipeline is consolidated into a single scripts/ship.sh script.

- New accounts get a guided welcome and a self-teaching starter boardWhen you sign up and own no boards, the dashboard becomes a welcome — a headline, a name field, and suggestion cards to get started in one tap. Your very first board arrives pre-loaded with stickies that walk you through dragging, opening, completing, due dates, search, and status. The welcome also returns if you delete your last board, so there's always a clear way back in.
